Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the conditions under which returns, replacements and refunds are accepted by Mr.Dows, a trademark of Dowswell Textile Solutions LLP. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return eligibility

Our products are innerwear and personal hygiene items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a pack has been opened or the product has been worn, washed or used.

A replacement or refund is available only in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  • You received the wrong product, wrong size or wrong quantity.
  • The package was tampered with before delivery.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Products that have been opened, worn, washed or used.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

3. How to raise a claim

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@mrdows.com or WhatsApp/call +91 92891 68303 with your order number.
  2. Share clear photos of the product and outer packaging. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and speeds up approval.
  3. Once the claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 48 hours.

4. Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable), refunds are made via bank transfer/UPI after you share your details.

5. Replacements

For damaged or incorrect products you may opt for a replacement product (subject to availability) or a full refund.

6. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
